The family of a young man killed in a road traffic collision in Heywood have paid tribute to a loving son and brother.
David Worrall (born 03/09/1987) of Smethurst Street, Heywood, was driving a white Nissan Micra when he collided with a tree on Pilsworth Road, Heywood shortly after 1.30am on Saturday 17 May.
He was thrown from the car and taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
In a statement, David's family said: "David was a loving son and a devoted brother. He lived for his family and friends and he will be sadly missed.
"David, Kaytie says she will miss your toy fights and tormenting and Chelsea is going to miss you always looking out for her."
The front-seat passenger of the car was taken to Fairfield General Hospital. The passenger, who is also 20, remains in hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
An investigation into the cause of the collision is ongoing and traffic officers are appealing for anyone with any information to call them at the Road Policing Unit on 0161 856 8473.
