Regenda celebrates its 10th anniversary

Date published: 31 May 2012

Residents across the North West are set to benefit from a series of special initiatives announced today by The Regenda Group.

The Group – which has more than 600 houses in Rochdale - celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. It has developed a range of exciting projects to improve the environment, employment opportunities and the general wellbeing of its residents.

Bernard Gallagher, Group Chief Executive, said: “We are really proud of what we have achieved supported by partners and residents over the last decade. We want to mark this significant anniversary by celebrating our success by giving something back to our residents and their children.”

He added: “Over the last 10 years we have built more than 1224 new homes across the region and now manage more the 13,000 for rent or sale. But we believe our role is much greater than that of a landlord and we are equally committed to working with our residents to transform their quality of life and wellbeing.

“This is exactly what we are setting out to achieve with this announcement today – we want to provide a range of options to benefit a wide range of our residents. We expect to make further announcements over the next few months on some groundbreaking initiatives we are launching.”
