Family Letting Agency opens new offices

Date published: 06 July 2012

A local family business, Morris Property Management Services, is building on its word of mouth success and opening new offices at 926 Edenfield Road, Norden, Rochdale.

The specialist letting and management business was established in 2006 by Bernadette Morris, a qualified housing professional with over 26 years experience in private sector letting, property management and enforcement.

The business has flourished through word of mouth recommendation, built on its excellent customer service record, to become one of Rochdale’s least known but most successful letting and property management businesses. The business has experience and expertise in all aspects of private sector letting and management and is focused on ensuring that landlord’s property investment is maximised through effective tenancy management.

Bernadette Morris stated: “I am proud of the business and the team that have worked so hard to make it the success it is today. Management and letting is a competitive market, particularly in Rochdale and our growth and continuing expansion is testament that our landlords and tenants are delighted with the high standard of services we offer and the way in which they are delivered. In moving to larger premises we aim to build upon our success and enhance our services to both new and existing clients.”

In addition to their extensive experience, Morris Property Management Services’ hold many accreditations including a licensed membership of Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the Housing Ombudsman Service and the Chartered Institute of Housing.
