Risk Averse Ltd named as finalist for two awards

Risk Averse has been named as a finalist in the RESI Awards 2023
Littleborough-based company Risk Averse Ltd has been shortlisted as a finalist for two awards.
The company – a small independent firm of chartered building surveyors, regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – has been shortlisted for the residential legal/professional team of the year at the RESI Awards by Property Week.
Risk Averse has also been selected as a finalist for the Energy Efficiency Awards North West 2023.
Director Katie Constable‑Mayne said: “We thank the local community for our nomination and continued support. It has been a fantastic year for us so far with two awards already under our belt and now sitting as a finalist for two more.
“We are hopeful for the results.”
The winners of the Energy Efficiency Awards are to be announced on 30 March in Bolton, and the RESI Award winners will be announced on 10 May in London.
