Professional Michael Price was top scorer in the innings with 39.

Price then claimed the first Walsden wicket to fall with only four scored, but James Rawlinson (52) and Duminda Perera (33) threatened to take the points away from Norden.

Price then returned for a second spell, having switched to the Woodhouse Lane end, and he bowled both the danger men middle stump before running through the batting to finish with figures of eight for 42.

Josh Poole picked up the other two wickets as Walsden collapsed from 100 for one to 139 all out.

Sunday's match at Unsworth saw Price take four for 30, Chris Humphreys three for 26 and Harvey Fitton two for 13.

Norden lost Price (20) and Alex Tattersall (10) in reply, but Nick Brierley (21) and Poole (24)  knocked off the rest of the required runs.
