'Dale to face Bantams in pre-season

Rochdale will face Bradford City at Spotland on Saturday 31 July, a week before the League 1 season starts.

The Bantams are the second League 2 side that ‘Dale will play in the space of four days, as they travel to Gigg Lane on Tuesday 27 July to take on Bury.

Other friendly matches announced are a trip to Fleetwood Town on Tuesday 20 July, a match at Rossendale the following day, and a home game against Bolton Wanderers on Saturday 24 July.
