Mayfield Masters v New Zealand Masters at Leigh Sports Village
Mayfield masters combined with the Yorkshire Baht’ats to play a UK based New Zealand team as a curtain raiser to the England France international at Leigh Sports Village on Saturday (12 June 2010)
Red hot conditions led to some luke warm rugby as the two teams strolled to a two all draw.
The Mayfield contingent all acquitted themselves admirably with Ian Kershaw, Simon Howe and Neil Wood leading the way.
A fantastic day was had by all involved with players ranging in age from thirty five to sixty seven.
