'Dale to take on Shakers in pre-season friendly

Chris O'Grady in action against Bury
Rochdale will play against Bury in a pre-season friendly at Gigg Lane. Keith Hill’s newly-promoted squad will take on the League 2 side on Tuesday 27 July, 7.45pm kick off.
Other friendly matches announced are a trip to Fleetwood Town on Tuesday 20 July, a match at Rossendale the following day, and a home game against Bolton Wanderers on Saturday 24 July.
