All Hornets Supporters Association launches inaugural Hornets golf day

Date published: 24 May 2022

Rochdale Hornets is hosting its first-ever golf day in July, in partnership with the All Hornets Supporters Association.

The new event will take place at Castle Hawk Golf Club, Rochdale on Friday 15 July.

For the cost of just £30, Hornets fans will be entered into a 27-hole tournament with free refreshments provided on arrival.

Rochdale Hornets and AHSA have been able to acquire sole use of Castle Hawk for the day, with a shotgun start at 11am prompt.

There is capacity for a maximum of 108 players on the day, and the competition will be played in teams of four.

You do not have to have a team of four to enter; individuals are welcome and will be allocated to a team.

Furthermore, players of all abilities are encouraged to take part, even if you’re a beginner, especially as only the best two scores count on each hole.

The dress code for this event is casual.

The first hole is available to sponsor for £100 while the remaining holes will be £50 each.
