Rochdale v Oldham Checkatrade Trophy match postponed

Wednesday's (5 December) Checkatrade Trophy Round Two tie between Rochdale AFC and Oldham Athletic has been postponed.
Following six consecutive days of unprecedented rainfall, including 30mm in the last 12 hours alone, the match referee was called to carry out a pitch inspection at 3pm today and made the decision to call the game off.
A new date for the fixture will be confirmed in due course.
