Karate: Black Belts for Dojo members

Iman and Kazim Ali, Charlie Crosby, Frankie Mniakovic and Amir Ahmed

Five members of The Dojo Karate Centre have achieved their Black Belts.

Sister and brother Iman and Kazim Ali progressed to Black Belt 1st Dan, while Charlie Crosby, Frankie Mniakovic and Amir Ahmed all successfully achieved Black Belt 2nd Dan.

Sensei Irfan Ansari said: “I am proud of their efforts as they all worked very hard over the past six months and peaked at the right time.

“Charlie, Iman and Kazim attended more-or-less every night to raise their game.

“It just goes to show other youngsters in The Dojo that with hard work anything is possible.

“I hope they continue to progress to an even higher level of knowledge in the martial arts system we teach.”
