Frankie Barker charged with theft and burglary

Police in Rochdale arrested and charged an 18-year-old male from the Rochdale area yesterday.
Frankie Barker (11/01/95) of Ings Lane, Rochdale, was charged with theft and burglary after barrels of copper powder were stolen on Sunday night (18/08/13) from an insecure storage trailer on Ings Avenue.
Barker was due to attend Bury and Rochdale Magistrates’ Court this morning.
