in Milnrow closed and queueing traffic eastbound between J20 A627(M) Rochdale and J21, A640 (Milnrow), because of a police incident.
Diversion in operation.
One lane closed and very slow traffic on M62 westbound between J21, A640 (Milnrow) and J20 A627(M) Rochdale M62.
UPDATE
A man has died after jumping from a bridge over the motorway.
