New two-way road open

The new two-way road at the top of River Street is now open. The lower Drake Street car park can be accessed from Water Street.

The upper part of River Street (from its junction with Water Street to the River Street car park) has been closed for a temporary period whilst work to improve the road layout on River Street and Faulkner Street has been carried out.

This work was the first phase, the other phases are expected to take place later this year.
