Go4it Summer Fun Taster Day

An action packed Link4Life Summer Fun Taster day took place at the Rochdale Leisure Centre, Thursday afternoon (25 July) which offered children and young people a taster of some of the most wonderful sports and swimming sessions which is set to come over the next few weeks.
The Summer Fun Taster event showcased the complete range of sports and swimming sessions that will be on offer in Link4Life centres, across the borough, every week during the summer holidays.
Children took part in a range of activities such as dodgeball, football, assault courses, boot camps, basketball plus a fun splash session with floats and toys.
Speaking about the taster day, Link4Life Go4it Holiday Programme Co-ordinator, Leigh-Anne Carnall, said: “The Go4it Summer Fun Taster day was a huge success, full of energetic children ready to have fun and get active in our sports sessions.
"The next few weeks promises to be a great summer holiday for children across the Borough of Rochdale."
