A leaving party has been arranged for Father Chris on Tuesday, 25 June, 6.30pm at St. Gabriel’s Presbytery Garden.

Retirement Mass

There will be a Mass in St. John’s Church at 9.30am on Wednesday 17 July to celebrate the retirement of Mrs Duffy, Mrs Orford and Mrs Kecyk. Please come along to join us in wishing them a long and happy retirement. 

Important news concerning industrial action day

Due to industrial action on Thursday 27 June 2013 only classes 2 and 5 will be open. Children in these classes must attend school as normal. The rest of the classes will be closed and all children should attend school as normal on Friday 28 June.

Visit to Neeli Mosque

Our class 5 was invited to visit the Neeli Mosque, Rochdale on Thursday 20 June for a tour around the Mosque and learn about the Islamic faith.

School trips

Nursery class will be visiting Legoland, Manchester on Tuesday 25 June.

Class 5 will be visiting the Jorvik Viking Centre in York Thursday 4 July.

Please ensure children are wearing suitable footwear and waterproof clothing if raining or if the weather is sunny, please apply sun cream before they attend school and provide a sun hat.
