Industrial action at Healey Primary School

Healey Primary School
Healey Primary School has received notification that the NASUWT and the NUT trades unions, which represent teachers within the school, intend to take industrial action on Thursday 27 June 2013.
As staff within the school are members of these unions the school will be affected by industrial action.
Most teachers within the school are members of these unions and have indicated that they intend to take strike action.
A spokesperson for the school said: "We have undertaken a risk assessment for the school and have made the decision to partially close the school.
"Pupils in the following classes should NOT come to school:
- Reception - Mrs Rahman
- Year 1 - Miss Burrows
- Year 3 - Mrs Smith
- Year 5 - Mrs Richards
"Pupils in Years 2, 4 and 6 should attend as normal.
"Children should return to school on Friday 28 June 2013."
