Second man charged following drugs find

A second man has been charged after heroin and crack cocaine were found at a house in Rochdale.
Zafran Ali (07/08/1994) of Oswald Street was charged with possession with intent to supply and due before Bury Magistrates today, Tuesday 30 April 2013.
On Friday 26 April 2013, officers discovered heroin and crack cocaine at a house. It is believed the value of the drugs could be up to £120,000.
