Council reports via new mobile app
Date published: 30 April 2013
A new mobile application is available that enables access to council reports, minutes and decisions while on the move from their smart phones or tablets.
The app is available for Blackberry, Android and Apple.
The ModernGov app is used for automatically downloading, viewing, and annotating the meeting papers of local authorities. It allows users to specify committees of interest and will then automatically update with all the latest meeting papers including full agenda packs.
The app is aimed at councillors to enable them to access committee papers anywhere at any time, but also for members of the public to be able to see agendas, reports and minutes.
Upon accessing the app, pick Rochdale from the publishers list and then the committees of interest.
The app is free to download.
