Thank you to all the parents and friends who came to the year 5 collaboration with FPHS project at Carnforth Station on a very inclement Saturday, and the reception class Easter show on Tuesday. We hope you thoroughly enjoyed yourselves as much as we did. We have also just learnt that the Handbell Group have been invited to perform at the Selected Competitors Concert at the Town Hall on the afternoon of Sunday 12 May, this is a new group and we are very proud of them.

Year 5 and 6 Cross-Country Club. The final training session will take place at Falinge Park High School on Thursday 18, four days after the children return after the Easter break. The children will need kit and a drink.

Well done to the following children who received the achievement award last week:

Reception Corey Johnson
Year 1 Millie Eyre
Year 3 Ryan Beckett
Year 4 Sophie Brook
Year 5 Fallon Cooney
Year 6 Lewis Whittles

The whole school attendance was over 96% as there are still winter bugs and chickenpox around.

All children should have brought home their end of Spring Term Assessment Sheet as well as the newsletter from school. Next term will be when all the SATs and assessments take place so have a good rest and come back ready for the lovely Summer Term.

Dinner money for the next half term will be £55.50, due on the first day back after the Easter holidays. That is 15.04.13.
