RNLI volunteering 0pportunities
Date published: 09 February 2013
The RNLI is a charity operating a professional 24 hour search and rescue service around the coast of the UK and Ireland.
The Middleton Branch raise funds for the RNLI by holding a range of events each year organised by voluntary people who take pleasure in helping save lives at sea whilst at the same time meeting new people and having lots of fun along the way.
A spokesperson said: "New members are always welcome, so if you would like to get involved in any way, please contact us – we would love to hear from you.
"The Branch is also looking for a Treasurer so if you enjoy balancing accounts and would like to support the branch in ensuring the figures are recorded accurately we would love to hear from you. You may already have these skills or be looking to develop them - whatever your reason we would welcome your call.
"All of the volunteering opportunities will allow you to develop further, meet new people and improve your CV."
If you are interested you can apply online at www.rnli.org.uk/volroles or call 07500 608 222 for more information.
