Car collides with furniture shop wall

A car has collided with the wall of a furniture shop on Roch Valley Way.
The incident happened between 6.00pm and 6.30pm this evening (Sunday 17 October 2010).
The driver of a light blue coloured Vauxhall Corsa is believed to have lost control of the car before hitting a lamp post and crashing through the car park wall of Moon Furniture.
The driver was taken to hospital by ambulance. Witnesses said he looked to have a bruised face and damage to his eye.
All three of the emergency services attended the scene.
