A boy who suffered serious injuries when he was hit by an unisured driver could receive millions of pounds in compensation.

Daniel Hennessy, from Dublin, was five years old when he was hit by the car of Sajid Hussain on Belfield Road.

He suffered severe head and spinal injuries as a result of the accident.

Hussain, was sixteen at the time, he was given a two year driving ban but a few months later he hit a lollipop lady who suffered a broken jaw and pelvis.
