The walking group will meet at church at 1 pm on Saturday 25 September (weather permitting).
That afternoon, in London, there will be a dedication to Elizabeth Gaskell at Westminster Abbey, part of the Gaskell bi-centenary celebrations. The modern sequence dance on Saturday evening starts at 7.15 pm; the whist drive starts at 7 pm.
All are welcome to join us at 10.30 am on Sunday 26 September when Graham Pilbrough will be leading the Harvest Service.
Two dates for your diary. The Annual Grand Auction takes place on Wednesday 29 September - viewing from 7 pm, auction commences at 7.30 pm. The Autumn Lunch takes place on Saturday 2 October - please be at your table for 11.45 am. Tickets are available (adults £7, children £1).
