Man shot in Middleton pub

Detectives in Middleton are appealing for witnesses after a man was shot during an incident in the Welcome Inn on Bowness Road in the early hours of Saturday 4 November 2006.
Shortly after 1.30am it is believed several masked men went into the pub and began to smash glasses and tables.
A disturbance broke out and a 29-year-old man from Middleton was taken to North Manchester General Hospital suffering from what is believed to have been a gunshot wound to his left knee. He has since been discharged from hospital.
