Get stuck in to Rugby this school holiday
This summer Hopwood Hall College in Middleton will host a 'Total Rugby Camp' for young Rugby enthusiasts. Children from throughout the Rochdale borough and beyond are being encouraged to get active during the school holidays and the Total Rugby Camps will provide children with an ideal opportunity to develop their rugby skills, in both the League and Union formats.
Camps will take place at the Middleton Campus' specialised Rugby Academy. Young players will receive complete player development and will be given best practice coaching principals; meaning children will develop their games in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere.
Players will make progress in their technical ability, their tactical awareness and their physical development, utilising training techniques from other sports such as Basketball and Boxing.
