Date published: 15 July 2024

Police are appealing for the public's help to find two missing children who may be trying to travel to Rochdale.

The two brothers, Mohammad Ahmad, 10, and Yousaf Ahmad, 13, are understood to have left their home in Liversedge at around 8.45pm on Friday (12 July) and have not been seen since.

West Yorkshire Police believe the boys have connections in Rochdale and may be trying to travel, or have travelled, to the borough.

The younger brother, Mohammad is described as a British Pakistani male, 4ft 8ins tall of slim build,  with short hair. He was last seen wearing a blue Trespass waterproof jacket with orange hood, red Manchester United t-shirt and green tracksuit bottoms. He also wears grey rimmed glasses.

Yousaf is described as a British Pakistani male, 5ft 5ins tall, of slim build, with thick black hair in a mullet style. He also wears glasses and was last seen wearing a Hooligan hoodie with black cars on it, black Nike trousers and black trainers.

Anyone who believes they have seen either of the two brothers since they have been reported missing is asked to call 101, quoting log 1848 of 12/07/24.
