Healthwatch Rochdale has launched its annual review this week, giving local people the chance to say where they think the service is working well and how improvements could be made.
The review aims to seek the views of local residents and responses will be used to evaluate the performance of the local Healthwatch service and plan areas of development for the coming year. Recommendations for improvement and an action will be made following the review.
In addition, Healthwatch Rochdale is currently reviewing its strategic plan for 2023 – 2026 and wants to hear your views to the proposed changes to their vision, mission, values and strategic objectives.
Kate Jones, Healthwatch Rochdale chief executive officer, said: “As we approach our ten-year anniversary, now is a really good time to share your views on how you think we have improved and developed and where you think we need to improve. We have seen awareness of Healthwatch Rochdale, and our role grow significantly over the last ten years but to ensure continued development we really need to hear your views and comments. Alongside this we are due to publish our new strategic plan and want to hear your views on the future direction of the organisation and our plan to achieve this”.
Those who take part can enter into a prize draw to win a £50 shopping voucher of the winner's choice.
