Parents and families enjoyed a cream tea
Parents and families were treated to a cream tea at Elm Wood Primary School on Wednesday 2 November.
Children from the school’s brand-new cooking club baked scones, and served these to the families along with jam, cream and drinks.
The day was a huge success and attended by over sixty families.
Headteacher Gemma Holt said: “We'd like to say a massive thank you to everyone who attended and the children who led the whole event.
“We can't wait for the next of our events coming up just before Christmas.”
