Leah was last seen in the early hours on Sunday 16 October at The Royal Oldham Hospital
Police are concerned for the whereabouts of a 15-year-old girl from Rochdale.
Leah was last seen in the early hours on Sunday 16 October at The Royal Oldham Hospital, wearing a black jacket with blue ripped jeans.
Anyone with information about Leah's whereabouts should contact GMP on 0161 856 4668.
