Imagination Books hoping to provide books to children who may not have access to many or any books at home
Imagination Books – which is run by Littleborough couple Lizzie LeVardi and Niall Grindrod – is raising £500 to provide children from low-income families with a book this Christmas.
Individuals and local businesses are asked to donate any amount they can to help cover the costs and help books to children who may not have access to many or any books at home.
Lizzie and Niall said: “With the cost of living constantly rising, many families are finding it harder to make their money stretch. Imagination Books would like to provide, with the help of your kindness, a free book for children in the community, on low incomes and users of our local food bank for Christmas.
“All donations are greatly appreciated, little or large when pooled together go a long way to sharing a little kindness.
“We understand money is tight for many, if you can't afford to donate, please share our post to reach more people who may be able to help us give the gift of reading.”
Donations can be made via PayPal: www.paypal.com/pools/c/8NdAwP16aU
