Twins win first dance competition

Date published: 11 September 2022

Neve and Romy Devereux from Fabdance Centre danced their way to the top of the leaderboard at the Welsh freestyle dance competition in Wrexham last weekend (Sunday 4 September).

The girls haven't been training for long, with this being their first dance competition.

Neve also won second place in the solo freestyle section, whilst Romy placed fourth.

Dance principal Fiona Briddon said: "They didn't really know what to expect, so to come away with first place, which also included losing a life, is a fantastic achievement."

Other Fabdancers also came away from the contest with impressive accolades: Bronte Bushell placed fifth and Evie Law placed sixth in the same section. It was also their first time competing.
