Woman, 85, dies after Heywood collision

An 85-year-old woman has died following a collision on Rochdale Road East in Heywood on Thursday (17 March).
The woman was struck by a vehicle on Rochdale Road East at about 1.20pm on Thursday 17 March 2022 and sadly died later in hospital.
The driver of a Mercedes stayed at the scene to assist officers.
