Have your say on how effective local healthcare watchdog is

Date published: 30 January 2022

Local healthcare watchdog Healthwatch Rochdale has launched its annual review, giving local people the chance to say where they think the service is working well and how improvements could be made.

The 360 review aims to seek the views of local residents and professionals who work in the borough and is used to evaluate the performance of the service and its year-on-year development.

The results of the review will be published in the public domain and used to identify how the organisation is working well and where it needs to improve over the following year.

Recommendations for improvement will be made as part of the review.

Kate Jones, Healthwatch Rochdale Chief Executive Officer, said: “Your feedback is essential in helping us to identify where we have improved in the last twelve months and what areas we still need to work on.

“Our service has had to operate differently since the start of the pandemic, but it has always been our aim to continue providing an effective, inclusive service.

“We are your local Healthwatch so share your views and make sure the service we provide is right for the people of the Rochdale borough.”
