Springhill Hospice's Christmas Tree Collection Service will once again return in January 2022.
The hospice team will be out across the borough collecting Christmas trees from Friday 7 – Sunday 9 January.
For a minimum donation of £10, the hospice team will collect your Christmas tree from outside your property and from there your tree will be taken to the hospice where it will be recycled, turned into chippings and used in the hospice gardens.
Postcodes where trees will be collected from are: OL1, OL2, OL10, OL11, OL12, OL13, OL14, OL15, OL16, M24.
The service not only provides vital funds to support hospice care, but it also has an environmental purpose by helping to dispose of trees and recycle them for a different use which will also benefit the hospice.
The hospice is also still looking for volunteers with vans to help collect the trees. If you would like to help, please contact Springhill Hospice's fundraising team on 01706641790 opt 1.
For more information and enquiries about the tree collection service please email fundraising@springhill.org.uk or call 01706 641790 opt 1.
