Boogie Bounceathon
Fabdance Centre is hosting a charity ‘Boogie Bounceathon’ on Sunday 31 October for Cancer Research.
The Rooley Moor Road dance studio is one of many Boogie Bounce branches across the country hosting events to raise money for breast cancer, prostate cancer and testicular cancer charities.
The Rochdale event – Let’s Go Nutz and Boobie Bounce for Cancer Research – will see those taking part join in exercise routines on a mini trampoline with a handle for support. Boogie Bounce is a low impact, high energy, fun, full body workout.
Fiona Briddon, who runs Fabdance, said: “Every single penny of the profits made will be donated to breast cancer, prostate and testicular charities.
“Children aged 10 and above are welcome to attend the adult classes as long as they are accompanied by an adult. We are asking for a minimum donation of £5 for each participant.”
The bounceathon starts at 2pm on Sunday 31 October.
For more information about the event, to book places, or donate a raffle prize, please email Fiona.
Donations can be made to the wider Boogie Bounce fundraising appeal via GoFundMe.
