Fallen tree blocking railway line affects local train services

Date published: 27 September 2021

A fallen tree blocking the railway line in Hebden Bridge has disrupted local rail services this morning (Monday 27 September).

Trains running between Littleborough and Hebden Bridge are at risk of being delayed or cancelled due to the disruption.

National Rail Enquiries says: “A tree blocking the railway in the Hebden Bridge area means trains have to run at a reduced speed. Trains running between Littleborough / Burnley Manchester Road and Hebden Bridge may be cancelled, delayed by up to 45 minutes or revised.”
