Overturned vehicle on M62 closes two lanes westbound between J22 and J21

Two lanes of the M62 westbound between junctions 22 for Denshaw and 21 for Milnrow are closed (1.30pm, Tuesday 24 August) due to an overturned vehicle.
3.30pm update - There are now delays of over 90 minutes approaching this incident. There's 11 miles of queuing traffic, with congestion past J24 near Huddersfield.
Highways England has posted that the lanes are closed due to the incident, whilst motorists are advised allow extra time for their journey.
This incident is causing delays of 60 mins between J23 and J21 on the #M62 westbound. There is approximately 7 miles of heavy congestion. Please allow plenty of extra time for your journey. pic.twitter.com/IjeTY9RfXi
