Collision closes section of Oldham Road

Officers attended and established that a transit van had collided with a Renault Clio
A two-vehicle collision closed a section of Oldham Road on Wednesday morning (18 August).
Police were called to the scene between the junctions of Milnrow Road and Wood Street at around 9.18am, where a transit van had collided with a Renault Clio.
Minor injuries were reported, and no arrests made, police have confirmed.
Some local bus services were diverted whilst the road was closed, including the First 6 and 409.
The road re-opened a couple of hours later.
