Greater Manchester’s Jobcentre Plus is hosting an online jobs fair
An online jobs fair is being held tomorrow (Thursday 26 November) to showcase digital career opportunities.
Taking place between 1pm and 4pm, it will feature content on job openings and training within the sector.
The event is being hosted by Greater Manchester’s Jobcentre Plus on their Twitter account – @JCPinManchester and you do not need a Twitter account to access the event.
Nina Cioffi, an Employer & Partnership Manager, said: “We know it’s been a tough year for many people and are under no illusions of the challenges that lie ahead. However, we’re committed to supporting jobseekers and employers through these changing times.
“Since the pandemic began, a number of people have been forced to consider a change of career direction. The digital industry is a fast growing employer and we’re delighted to be able to share some of the available opportunities in the community.”
Anyone that wants to get involved can search for the hashtag #McrDigitalJobs on Twitter.
