Teenager receives serious injuries in Redcross Street collision

A teenager has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a collision on Redcross Street in Rochdale on Wednesday (4 November).

He was taken to hospital via ambulance with serious leg and facial injuries.

A spokesperson for the North West Ambulance Service said: “We were called to a road traffic collision at 2.14pm. A rapid response vehicle, ambulance and air ambulance all attended.

“One casualty, a male in his late teens, was taken to hospital.”

Greater Manchester Police has also been contacted for comment.
