Three stolen HGVs and trailer were found abandoned in Middleton
Three lorries were found abandoned in Middleton after being stolen from Warrington.
The burglary involved the theft of three HGVs and trailers with a large quantity of alcohol reported to be inside.
All three HGVs and one trailer were located a few hours later at an industrial estate in Middleton.
A spokesperson for Cheshire Police said: “We received a report of a burglary at storage unit in Warrington at 6.30am on Wednesday 21 October.
“The burglary is believed to have occurred between 9.30pm and 11.15pm on Tuesday 20 October.”
