Rochdale man sentenced to 10 months’ imprisonment

A Rochdale man has been sentenced to 10 months’ imprisonment, suspended for one year, after appearing at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on 26 February.
Tahir Hussain, 42, was charged with dangerous driving, destroying or damaging property, and racially or religiously aggravated threatening behaviour.
The charges relate to an incident in Stoke-on-Trent on 23 November 2018.
Hussain was also disqualified from driving for one year, and sentenced to 160 hours’ unpaid work, pay £424.25 compensation.
He was also ordered to pay costs and a victim surcharge, and must take an extended test.
