The big Christmas night out season is around the corner. It's a time of year when those who are rarely let loose on the town will sample a night on the tiles, be it with friends, family or colleagues.
So if you're one of those who isn't out in Rochdale every weekend, a lot has changed since last year.
One of the new venues to open is the Garden and this cool bar is set to be your new favourite town centre hang out.
Proving that less is more, Garden’s drinks offering boasts a small-but-perfectly-formed selection of craft beers, real ciders, cocktails and premium gins and spirits – perfect for when you're looking for a little tipple or two.
What you’ll find
Housed in the former Mango on King Street, the venue features a garden furniture interior of FSC certified natural wood and stone, surrounded by beautiful greenery and indoor palms.
With classic tunes from the 80’s, 90’s and chart hits, you’ll surely be foot tapping, and maybe even singing along.
Offers include: 2 for £10 on selected cocktails before 9pm, upgrade your spirit to a double for just £1 extra, 2 for £6 on selected beers, and a CAMRA members’ discount
Cocktails – all freshly prepared in front of you with only the finest premium spirits and fresh fruit/garnish
Gins – a great range of premium gins, with the finest mixers and fresh garnishes
Ales – superb ales including the likes of Vocation Brewery’s Bread & Butter Pale, and guest ales from Saltaire Brewery
Zero & low alcohol beers – including Erdinger, Paulaner & Big Drop
Real ciders – including South West Orchard, and Seacider, a new wave of gluten-free cider suitable for vegans and vegetarians
Guest pop-up kitchens – the fabulous ‘What’s Your Beef’ are coming along on Friday 8 and Saturday 9 November with earlier opening times from 4.30pm (Friday) and 12 noon (Saturday), with plans for Asian and Mexican cuisines to follow
Private functions – available to hire for private functions
