Ana Maria Sagra-Smith appointed as GJD’s new Sales and Marketing Board Director

Ana Maria Sagra-Smith has been appointed to the board of directors of Heywood-based GJD Manufacturing with effect from Monday 4 January 2016.

Ms Sagra-Smith will be responsible for GJD’s overall sales and marketing strategy for UK and export markets. Commenting on the new position.

She said: “It’s a great honour to join the Board and I very much look forward to contributing to GJD’s development and success.”

Sagra-Smith is a multilingual international sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in delivering measurable sales growth, strategic planning, customer relationship management and team leadership.

Having worked in the security industry for 22 years, Sagra-Smith has led a number of award-winning campaigns and has developed long-term business relationships with CCTV distributors and systems integrators.

Mark Tibbenham, Managing Director at GJD, said: I am delighted to welcome Ana to our board. Ana’s relevant experience and accurate knowledge of the security industry will be a fantastic asset. She will play a key role in expanding GJD and will lead campaigns alongside our talented team.”
