Treat Yourself Boutique wins Fashion Retailer of the Year

Date published: 23 November 2015

Treat Yourself Boutique, in Milnrow, has been named Fashion Retailer of the Year (North West) at the Northern Independent Retailer Awards.

Speaking to Rochdale Online, Mike Newton, from Treat Yourself Boutique, said: “Everyone is so happy. After last year’s win at the Business Awards it gave us a huge boost locally and this has done the same for us on a bigger scale, as the awards were for the entire North West, so I've noticed a big increase in orders on our website, which I'm assuming is because of that.

“To beat such well known shops that I heard of as a kid, like Cricket in Liverpool, makes me really humbled and proud of what we've achieved in such a short space of time. It was only three years ago we were on market stalls.

“It has been a hard year for us with moving premises and the fire shortly after but this sort of recognition is hugely appreciated.”

The Fashion Retailer of the Year award celebrates those stylish boutiques and retailers who are committed to styling the nation in the very best clothing and accessories from both emerging and established designers, with charismatic, personal service dedicated to making every customer look and feel gorgeous from head to toe.
