Chantilly pick up their award from James Jordon from Strictly Come Dancing
Rochdale based lingerie shop Chantilly has been awarded the Stars Underline Best Shop Award for Excellence and Outstanding Achievement.
Marjorie Thompson, from Chantilly, said: “I am absolutely thrilled that we won the award by public vote for ‘Excellence and Outstanding Achievement.’
“We were up against a large department store from Ireland, which has just won best store in Ireland, two very well know e-commerce sites and four very well established UK shops.
“I still can’t believe that we won the award.”
Organised by Underlines Magazine, Stars is unique in the UK retail award scene as stores, shops and retail sites cannot nominate themselves, but are put forward by the brands on the jury - it is by reputation, good business practice and good service that the outlets gain a place on the finalist roster, with the event drawing together every sector of retailing in the UK and Ireland.
