Warburton Estate Agents is in the process of a move to a larger office to suit the needs of the growing business.

Currently located at Winton Street, Littleborough, the company will soon be located full time at 76 Featherstall Road.

Speaking to Rochdale Online, Scott Warburton said: “The move is really to facilitate the growing needs of the business. We are hoping to be in the new site permanently from 1 September.”

The company is still operating from their old office and slowly making the move to the new office.

“If we are needed and we can’t be found at Winton Street, then someone will be available at the new site. We aren’t closing the old office yet so if people still need us, they can find us,” said Mr Warburton.

Mr Warburton is hoping to hold an open day event at the new office on Tuesday 1 September.
