Going undercover

Channel 4 is currently casting for its next series of ‘Undercover Boss’.

The format of the programme follows the Chief Executive, or another member of the organisation’s senior management, as they spend a week doing frontline jobs in their own organisation.

It is a chance for the boss to learn more about what it is like at the coalface and to show their appreciation for those employees who are doing an exceptionally good job.

Channel 4 is looking for large companies (minimum 250/300 employees) to take part.
