Chichester Business Centre continues to attract occupiers to the prime site off Milnrow Road in Rochdale, with two new businesses taking up residency in the high grade office accommodation fronting the site.
The Beva Group site is once again fully occupied with Royden Recycling UK Ltd taking 3500 sq ft of office space and GP Care Ltd a further 4000 sq ft. Existing occupier Taylor Engineering Plastics have also taken 16000 sq ft of additional industrial space to expand their manufacturing facilities.
Royden Recycling saw the opportunity to enhance their company profile by relocating to the high specification premises and also acquire extra space to expand their business. Neil Taylor Managing Director of Royden Recycling said: “Prime location, secure site”
GP Care Ltd also required quality office accommodation to ensure they offer a professional image and environment for their GP clients. The facility also benefits from easy access and onsite parking.
In addition Beva Group have moved location within the site to enable the new occupiers access to the prime office space.
